Your data: download, delete
Your walls are yours. Your data, in Settings, has the two things you can do about them: download everything, or delete the account. The privacy centre, at fube.app/privacy, has both too.
Download everything
Press Download everything. A zip is made of every wall you made: each wall's squares with their words, photos, voice notes, videos and drawings, each song as its title, artist and link, the replies to them, and who added what. The squares you added to other people's walls are in it too, each with the wall it is on, and so is a PDF of every receipt. It can take a while for a big wall, so you do not need to wait on the page. When it is ready, a mail comes with the link to the zip.
The link works for 7 days. After that, ask again and a new zip is made.
Delete my account
Delete my account takes away your account and every wall you made, for everyone. To be sure it is you, it asks you to type your email first.
Every device is signed out at once, and a paid plan stops renewing, so nothing more is charged. Your account goes after 7 days. Signing in before then keeps it, as if you never asked; your plan runs to the end of what you paid for, and you can start it again in Billing. After the 7 days it cannot be undone.
What goes
- Your account: your name, handle, email and settings.
- Every wall you made, and every square on them, from everyone who added.
- Your plan, at the end of the month you paid for.
What stays
Squares you added to other people's walls stay on those walls, with your name, because they belong to the person they were made for. If you want one taken down, ask the person who made that wall.
Your receipts stay too, as the record of what was paid, each with its PDF. They are no longer tied to any account. Download them from Billing first if you want your own copies.
