Billing, receipts and cancelling

Every wall starts free. You pay only for more room and for the tools a busy question wall needs. Billing, in Settings, shows your plan, your card and every receipt.

The plans

• Free. Up to 15 squares on every wall, every format, the door, the reveal, replies, the image, the poster and the clip.
• Plus. Up to 200 squares on every wall.
• Pro. No limit on squares, and approval, Featured, asking again and the recap for question walls.

Both are monthly, and an account that has never paid gets seven days free on the first. The people you invite never pay, on any plan.

Receipts

A receipt each time your plan renews, as a PDF with the tax line. Billing lists them all; open one to see it, download it, or send it to your email. Download all saves every one as a zip.

Changing plan or card

Change plan in Billing moves you up or down. Going up starts at once; held squares on a full wall go up the moment it does. Change the card opens a secure form; the card number never reaches Fube.

Cancelling

Cancel in Billing, then confirm under the row. Your plan stays until the end of the month you paid for, then goes back to Free.

What stays when you stop: every wall stays at its link, readable by everyone who has it. Nothing is deleted. What changes: question walls stop using approval, Featured, asking again and the recap. Walls for someone hold new squares past 15, and question walls past 15 stop taking answers.

During the seven days free

You get a mail two days before the first charge. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
